Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Eligible, unused ready-to-ship Squishmees may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your Squishmee arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@squishmees.com so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
