Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Squishmees! Every plushie is handcrafted in Canada. Some Squishmees are already finished and ready to ship, while others are made after an order is placed.

Order Processing Times

Fresh Off the Hook (ready-to-ship items): Finished items that are in stock are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.

Made-to-order items: Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your Squishmee to be handmade and prepared for shipping, unless a different timeframe is provided on the product page or agreed upon for a custom order.

Orders containing both types: We normally ship items together once the entire order is ready. Contact us at hello@squishmees.com before ordering if you would like to ask about separate shipments.

Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Processing times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods. We will contact you if a significant delay is expected.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Shipping Provider

We primarily ship with Canada Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier and are separate from the processing times listed above.

Canada: approximately 3–5 business days.
United States: approximately 5–10 business days.

These are general estimates only. Actual transit times depend on the shipping service, destination, customs processing, weather, and other carrier conditions. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking information will be included when the selected shipping service provides tracking.
