All Sales Are Final

As each Squishmee is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Squishmee arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you the correct Squishmee at no extra cost.

Custom Orders

Custom Squishmees are non-refundable as they are made specifically to your request. We will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you love the result.
